Doom_and_Dead Torch Bearer toys with tension— sometimes laid back and ponderous, and sometimes taught with nervous strumming. The hammering heartbeat of the drums keeps things moving forward. The shining, ecstatic crescendo is a brain freeze in the Sahara.

Gary Davidson Stunningly written and recorded - layered, textured atmospheric post-metal that isn't afraid to hit a crescendo like Caspian and also delves into the doom side of the genre. Very highly recommended.
